Omar will hire people that does not do what you pay them to do. Before our five year warranty was up our roof started leaking due to the fact is they did not put flashing where it was supposed to go after two calls. I got him out here. The guy ripped up our shingles put flashing on and now the leak is even worse when I spoke to the owner to get him to come out here all he wanted to know if I still had a copy of my contract so basically he wants you to show him proof that he did work to your roof but yet he sends a guy out here to put flashing on because that’s what they did not do which caused the roof leak and now the inside of my house roof has caved in and this guy doesn’t wanna do anything about it because I did not still show a copy of my contract due to it being misplaced it can be misplaced on my end, but I was still underneath the five-year warranty and he did not honor that he did not come back out here to fix his roof when I told him it was still leaking. I will be calling my current insurance company to let them know all of this and see how they want to move forward with the roof issue. We’re having due to. We paid to have the roof completely done and should have flashing put on it and their team did not do it so they did not do what they were paid to do.
